1 ,Take 5 photos of the broken place ,and describe the details

2, Show your receipt of cargo ,it must show which forwarer is such as UPS ,FEDEX ,DHL,TNT

3 ,Fill the replacement application within 5 days after your received cargo date

4, We will make the replacement with next oder ,and shipping cost by you

5, Any man-made destruction will not be replaced
