Product Description

Crossed roller bearing is based on cylindrical roller being arranged vertically to each other in a 900 V groove rolling surface through the isolation piece, so cross roller bearing can withstand load from multi-direction, like: Radial, axial and torque. Since the cross roller ring achieves high rigidity and the precision can reach up to P2, P4, despite the mininum possible dimensions of the inner and outer rings, it is optimal for applications such as industrial robot, rotation of the machining center, precision rotary worktable, medical machine, calculator, military industry, IC manufacturing devices and other equipments.

Rotating accuracy :

Rollers in the bearing are equipped with isolation pieces in a vertical column, in case to prevent the friction between the tilt of the roller and roller itself, which also reduce the rotary torque. Besides, there is no chance for rollers to occur in phenomena like contacting in one side or being locked...Meantime, because of the separable structure of inner and outer rings, clearance can be adjusted, even if being preloading, it can also get high precision rotary motion.
