(1)Drying

Veneer is moist. it should be dried according to the technology requirement. After drying, it will shrink. Dimension will become smaller. Veneer length, width, thickness will shrink.  Shrink wastage is related to wood material, moisture containing, veneer thickness. Shrink wastage is 4%-10%. 

(2) 3 side- trimer

Three-edge saw used to shear off the ragged edge for veneer. It can increase  the jointed efficiency according to improve the flatness of the joint veneer,remove the trimming working capacity.

(3) veneer composer

--Used in horizontal splicing 2 or more pieces veneer with same thickness to one sheet.

--Automatic stacking.

--Won't stuck and overlap.

--The rubber thread can stick tightly.

--Easy to operate and maintain.

--A best choice for the plywood producing factory.

(4) electric scissor

It has mechanical connecting transmission system, also equipped with magnetic braker. The blade carrier is processed under heat treatment. Fixed blade carrier is made of iron casting, which makes the machine more stable and durable to use. 

(5) beveler

Edge beveler can shear the veneer with ragged edge to straigt line which is out of shape while air-cure,totally solve the quality defects of plywood.

--The griding system of edge beveler adopts new and durable construction, can be rotated 180 degree to left and right, and  it is easy install and maintance.

--More stable with  variable- frequency and variable-speed motor and durable crawler chain drive.

--With durable, good-guality, hght grinding precision sanding belt.

--It can single side sanding and cut te edge automaticlly and with dust equipment.

Q: How can I order from you?

    1. When both sides agree to the quotation and make a deal, we send you Proforma Invoice, Packing List and other required documents for custom clearance. Buyers transfer us deposit, when we receive into bank account, we start production and keep you update for the process(shoot photos, videos).

    2. Before delivery, machines should be tested to ensure its normal operation. Also send some photos of the packing and details to make sure they are in good condition. 

    3. All the documents will be delivered to you by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT etc. for your custom clearance purpose.
