We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your email and we will regard your inquiry priority.

Can I get a sample to check your quality?

Of course. We will send the samples according to your requirements.

If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is reach MOQ.

What kind of logo files do you accept for printing?

AI, PDF, Core Draw.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. So we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products.

What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
