Shipping Information

1. We will ship the items within 2-5 working days after the payment is reached.

2. For cargo below 1kg, we'll choose to sent by Hongkong Post or China Post. For other demand shipment methods for sending cargo below 1kg, please contact us via Trade Manager or leave us a message.  For retail package, like PVC blister package, we'll send by EMS to saving the shipping cost. For bulk package item we will send by DHL or UPS. If other shipping ways are preferred, contact us and we will use your ways.

 Returns & Replace

1. Delivered products will be tested before shipping by our QC;

2. 3-month of repair or replacement service for most items sold in our store. The item will be out of warranty if wrong operation or physical damaged by buyer. We will replace the defective items.In case of missing/defective parts, please notify us no later than 5 days after you receive the item for arrange another shipment of the item.
