As a Hi-tech enterprise, Suyen realize the importance from their heart that the Core competitiveness is their technology, which comes from the R&D team, as a result, Suyen specially emphasized the development of the R&D team, every year, Suyen appropriate 10% company profit to its R&D department, with such sufficient budget, the R&D team can make their movement freely, for example, to recruit the people who has been engaging in LED field for many years, to purchase the professional advanced equipments from abroad. Up to 2011, Suyen R&D team has 30 members, including 1 academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 3 doctors, 8 researchers, 18 experienced engineers.
