 This machine is to print, emboss and automatically fold and cut the roll paper well into square or rectangular Napkin Paper. It's equipped with 3 colors water ink

 printing system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand with clear and bright 

printing in high speed and stable running. It is preferred equipment for processing  

napkin paper of good quality.

 

Equipment Function and Characters:

1. A variety of folded pattern can be selected or customized.

2. It's designed according to Europe CE standard, main electric elements are of international famous brand .

3. Most accessories are precisely processed by numerical control machine, main mechanical parts are processed by CNC processing.

4. Color printing unit uses flexography printing and anilox roller. Color printing is professional.Printing pattern can be changed flexibly according to requirement.

5. Unwinding of roll paper is automatically adjusted by stepless speed regulator. whole machine runs synchronously,can count napkin paper automatically, can set automatic counting and delamination output. Finished product is convenient to ba packed.

6. Bottom embossing roller uses felt roller, wool roller or rubber Roller(can select 1 kind among them) or steel roller to steel roller. Customers can select to equip machine with heating system to make embossing effect better.
