1.Main features:

 

1. It has a man-machine conversation operation control, production parameter operation adopts touch screen. It will automatically stop when paper breaks.

 

2. It will automatically trim margin, spray glue, realizing the technology of internationally-popular trimming margin and sealing tail.

 

3. It adopts advanced programmable control technology. The winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose, to avoid the problems that the cores deviate from the rolls after long time storage.

 

4. It has stepless speed regulation for unwinding roll to ensure a stable unwinding roll.

 

5. Jumbo roll is pneumatically loaded on the holder so that it’s easy to guide the paper.

 

6. It’s equipped with high-precision screwy perforation knife. 4 perforation blades make clear perforation and low noise.

 

7. Embossing system can adopt steel roller to steel roller, steel roller to rubber roller or steel roller to wool roller according to different embossing design.

 

8. It has glue applying unit. When producing kitchen paper, it will apply glue on embossed convexity to make 2 layers of paper stick together to enhance water absorbability.

 

9. Inching switch etc. humanization device make operation simpler and safer.
