BF-Thin Blade Slitter and Scorer Machine

New thin-blade enables clean cutting edge ,straight flute at high speed.

Grinding device keeps blade edge sharp all along.

Respective adjustment of the blade to make sure of the same scoring depth, and make it possible to stop one group of slittering according to the request.

Using and specification:

Separating paper adopted thin blade technology, conquer the deckle edge press flat produced by traditional thick blade slitter, separated cardboard has no back corrugated, no thorn ,the edge in order ,surface smoothly and beeline well ,improved cardboard quality and appearance.
Grinding blade divide into automatic and manual grinding ,could cut and grind together, not only maintain the blade sharpness but also improve the working efficiency.
The method of material feeding and scorer could be customized the front scorer or front feeding paper according to the customer’s request.
