Q1:How long is the delivery time for the machine?

For standard machines, it would be 7-15 days; 

For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific 

requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

Q2: What mode of payment for the  machine?

T/T, 30% deposit and the balance 70% should be paid before shipment.

Q3: If some problems happened to this machine during warranty period,

what should i do? 

We will supply free parts in machine warranty period if machine have some problem. 

While we also supply free after-service forever,so any doubts,just let us know,we will 

give you solutions in 30 minutes

Installation Service

Installation Services are available with all LASER machines. We dispatch technician to customer's factory for installation and preoperation of machines.

Training Service

Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of machine (e.g. processing speed and working performance is the same as the data of samples making). We sign the agreement with detailed technical data.

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine for a few days, and then use customer's materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance, then make shipments.

Machine warranty is 1 year(except consumble parts). We offer flexible extended warranties if needed

Production processing:

• Our raw materials are under strict quality control.
• After the worker finished the production, our QC will check the overall quality. If not pass our standard will rework.
• Passed the quality standard we will installing the machine and check the quality against then make sure each part is good.
• Then we will cleaning the machines and packaging it with  anti-collision package edge, splint wooden box packaging (with steel wire reinforcement), packing.
