The laser cutting machine put the independent laser tube into the cantilever structure. The  cantilever  structure  drives  the  laser  tube  moving  on  the  Y-axis.    The  movable parts  of  the  machine  drive  the  cantilever  moving  on  the  X-axis.  The  computer software  controls  the  machine  moving  towards  different  directions.  The  schematic diagram as follows:

2. The laser parts including mechanical following cutting head and optical system. The optical system adopts German technology, which integrates the mechanical following optical path and laser optical path as an integral and independent part.    The key technology of the cantilever moving solid laser cutting machine is the stable of the optical system..   This solid laser cutting machine adopts cantilever structure, so when adjusting the laser  path  or  exchange  the  lights,  the  operator  just  need  to  move  the  cantilever  structure to the edge of the worktable, extend the cantilever.

   The worktable of this solid laser cutting machine is an independent unit, it's near the floor, so it's easy to put metal sheet onto the worktable. When putting metal sheet onto the worktable or take metal sheet out of the worktable, the laser head could  be  moved  to  the  original  point  of  the  worktable  to  avoid  strike  by  the material.

         New and unique laser cutting head

This  solid  laser  cutting  machine  adopts  mechanical  following  cutting  head.  The locking ring of the laser head nozzle makes a good surface contact with the metal  sheet  ,  the  head  moves  up  and  down  according  to  different  material  heights,  so the  focal  length  always  keep  consistent  during  the  work.  This  head  moving  smoothly and stability. What is more, there is not obvious  spark splash when the laser  working  .The  traditional  cutting  head  is  inductive  ,with  phenomenon  of sensitivity  reducing  or  disoperation,  caused  by  the  changing  of  air  medium  or electromagnetic  field  interference  ,thus  cutting  quality  decline  and  cutting  head crash damage .This   new  cutting  head  greatly  improved  these  aspects. This mechanical servo cutting head has applied for the national patent.

      The transmission system is comprehensive   lubrication   with   manual  precision  of  joystick pumping.

          Multi-function of cutting

   This laser cutter can cut metal sheet up to 2.5m*tal pipe and finished rack chassis can be processed too when remove nail worktable.(attached picture).

Easy transportation and installation

Cantilever body and nail bed can be separate from laser cutter packing during transportation. These two parts will be installed After positioning of the base and the cabinet components.
