  This machine is mainly used for processing all kinds of copper and aluminum busbars ( cable 

tray, and other sheet metal) .For punching (various round holes and rectangular holes),horizontal bending, Vertical bending , Embossing, Pressing Cable joint, Twisting, reverse flattening etc for Copper or Aluminium bus bars.

*Cutting Unit adopts double-column shear structure (patent No. ZL201120262802.1) the cutting edges is neat and no burr, no waste materials

*The punching unit adopts turret-type die kit , capable of storing four punching dies or six punching dies or eight punching dies from the upper to the lower as one integral structure to ensure the concentric degree of the dies.

*The bending unit uses Closed-loop structure allowing easy operation and high accuracy

* The Bending Unit adopt double-layer workbench to ensure the three working unit working at a time no disturb each other which improve efficiency.

*PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional relay

*The hydraulic oil tank is made of thick plate welding, after treated by phosphating which make the hydraulic oil use long time without contamination.
