1.Sample:

Generally spesking, sample and freight cost is charged. Sample costs shall be refunded to customer upon bulk orders. Samples will be shipped via express like DHL/UPS etc.. upon receipt of sample costs.

2.Quotation:

To save your time, please send us via email all your detailed requests such as item number, quantity, etc. We will reply you within 24 hours excluding holidays.

3.Payment terms:

a. West Union/ MoneyGram (sample order).

b. T/T (Telegraphic transfer/ Wire transfer): 30% in advance, balance before loading the goods. Other payment terms can be negotiated.

4. Minimum order quantity:

Depends on specific products.

5. Shipment:

a. By EMS/ DHL: small quantity order.

b. By sea: container load.

6. OEM/ ODM:

7. Loading port:

Ningbo/Shanghai.

8. Lead time:

According to the order. About 30 days if quantity reaching a 40ft container.
