The bar is 1¼ inches in diameter for a comfortable grip. Its improved designs allows for a full range of motion without contact with the punch bag. The RDX improved Bar is wall mounted. This enables many different hand positions to be used, allowing you to define and work more muscles in the arms and back. This is a unique item that can be used as a punch bag, for speedball, for floor to ceiling ball attachment or for chin ups. Its combination of pull-up and speed training increases endurance and coordination, whilst keeping your workouts enjoyable and intense.
