Yes, OEM is available,we can print your picture or logo on the battery case,

and you can offer your logo.

(3)What kind of guarantee you give?

the warranty time is one year. in warranty time,the fail battery,replace the new one.

(4)Can you arrange the shipment?

Yes.Our company will arrange the shipment. you just send the sea port and

make the order, shipment everything, we will do smooth and safe.

(5)If there are defective batteries in the warranty, what’s your policy to replace  them?

Please take the photos of the broken batteries for us and tell us what happen,

if everything is confirmed, the new ones will be sent to you as compensation in

the next order.

(6)How long kilometrage one time charging full time for 48V20ah pack?

  48V20ah pack can keep more than 60km in one time charging full.
