The vertical rigidity of the Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing is sufficient to bear the perpendicular load and to shift the pressure reliably from the superstructure to the piers. The elasticity of the Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing is high enough to suit the rotation of the beam end. The shear deformation of the Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing is sufficient to cope with the horizontal displacement of the superstructure.
