1.Introduction of  1.4MW capacity stainless steel chain grate stoker hot water boiler

It is a kind of one-drum, horizontal, three pass, water-fire tube boiler. This series adopt lots of new technology, such as use  convex tube plate, wing-shape flue, spirally corrugated tube and so on. The water tubes in the two sides of the furnace is radiation heating surface, and the wing-shape flue and spirally corrugated tube are convection heating surface.

1)Spirally corrugated tube

Function:enhance the heat transfer, obviously reduce quantity of tubes and size of boiler shell.

Purpose:save steel and avoid fouling; increase flexibility and prevent cracking of tube plate.

2)Wing-shape flue

Function:reduce smoke temperature of high-temperature tube plate to slow down subcooled boiling.

Purpose:reduce heat load of boiler bottom to prevent cracking and bulge of tube plate

3)Convex tube plate

Function:increase flexibility of tube plate to reduce thermal stress in weld of tube end

Purpose:prevent cracking of tube plate;cancel tension brace piece;simplify the structure.

4) Backwater lead to high temperature tube plate

Function: improve water flow speed on high temperature tube plate, avoiding subcooled boiling.

Purpose:prevent cracking of tube plate

 5) Simple circulation loop, big size down pipe and bottom container. 

Function: increase the flow speed of water pipe to avoid subcooled boiling.

Purpose:prevent the explosion of pipe and increase the reliability of water circulation.

6) Injection tube

Function: increase the flow speed of water pipe to avoid subcooled boiling.

Purpose:prevent the explosion of pipe and increase the reliability of water circulation.

7). Smoke separation room

Function:separate smoke by inertia

Purpose:reduce original concentration of smoke emission
