1. INTENTED USE

Quicking Ractopamine ELISA Kit is a direct method competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay for the quantitative detect the presence of ractopamine residue in samples of urine,feed and tissues such as muscle and liver.

Incubation Time: 40min + 15min

 

Assay Time Requirement: For urine, approximately 1 hour; For feed, less than 2 hours; for muscle, liver, less than 2 hours.

 

Detection Limit: Ractopamine 0.1 ppb (0.1ng/mL).

 

Detection Range: Urine 0.1-8.1 (0.5-40.5)ppb; Feed 1-81ppb; Muscle/liver 0.1-8.1ppb.
