If anything go wrong within12months or 1000 hours, which ever come first from the date of purchase Goodsense will pay for parts to have the repairs conducted any shipping expenses will be also paid by Goodsense and in  return,clents need to give back the parts needed to be exchanged to Goodsense, with shipping expenses paid. Normally we accept 30% deposit, 70%balance before delivery.

If clients need normal products, we will deliver the products within 25days. If clients need customerized products, the delivery date  depend on the requirements.
