    Our custom woven lanyards are created by custom-dying a flat strap of polyester material with a very high tensile strength, and sewing your design into the lanyard with a custom thread color of your choosing, allowing the ultimate level of creativity. While the limitations of thread compared to a screened print prevents a high level of logo detail, our production team will make any recommendations and provide all assistance needed to make sure your embroidered lanyards turn heads wherever they are worn!

Production Flow:  

1) Making our factory artwork based on your own requested logo designs.   

2) Preproduction samples will be made once upon receipt of your approval for the artwork.

3) Checking photographic or Physical samples before mass production.

4) Then start mass production after you have confirmed samples.

Sample:  

1) Mould Charge:  USD50 (USD25 for material dyeing charge and USD25 for logo printing mould charge, can be refunded when order quantity reaches 3,000pcs or more).

2) Sample Time:  5-7days for silk-screen printing, 2-3 days for woven and sublimation/heat-transfer
