Equipment installation and debugging    

1. After the arrival of the equipment to the buyer’s country, Seller’s will be send engineer to the buyer’s factory in 15 days to help installment and maintenance

2. The round-trip air ticket, food and accommodation is for the buyer. Also including paid the salary of engineer, and $50 dollars per day.

3. The engineer will be in buyer’s factory to help the worker to use the machine, and free teach.

Equipment warranty

1. About the equipment, Deerma promised the good quality of 12 month.

2. during the warranty, no purposely and artificially damage change the damaged part, we will freel

maintenance and technical services.

3. Over 12 months, Buyer’s needs to pay the producing cost of the worn part, and life-long supply the part of equipment and freely device
