Features:

SWAFM-1050 automatic laminator is newly developed for the lamination of  glueless film or pre-glued  film and paper . 

The machine  realizes  complete  automation  to  paper  feed,  lamination,  paper  cut,  paper  receiving  and  temperature control.  The  electrical  and  pneumatic  devices  are  controlled  by  PLC  (programmable  control)  system,  and  can  be operated easily  via  touch screen. Heating roll adopts built-in oil heating system. T o  meet users’ different applications, paper  receiving  unit  is  equipped  with  not  only vibrating  receiving  table  but  also  winding  roller . The  laminated paper can be winded automatically if they do not need to be cut.

This machine centralizes the features of high automation, high precision of lamination, humanized configuration and easy operation, and is the best choice with high cost performance for large and medium-size enterprises. 

Configuration: 

1.  Automatic paper  feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to  feed paper automatically 

 And paper can be added even if the machine is kept running, which improves working efficiency so much.

2. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the  machine operation.  On  the touch screen, as long as  the  operator  inputs  paper  size,  overlap  length  and  working  speed  etc.,  the  machine  can  realize  completely automated operation.  And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time. 

3.  Automatic  paper  feeding  system  is  equipped  with  no  paper  protector ,  paper  break  protector  and  paper superposing protector , which are controlled by photoelectric and  mechanical systems.  When no paper , paper break or paper superposition occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection. 

4.  Conveying  table  is  furnished  with  air  aspirator  and  front  lay  etc.  to  regulate  paper  conveying  and  overlap  and improve lamination prevision.

5.  High  precision  of  chrome  plated  heating  roller  is  equipped  with  built-in  oil  heating  system,  which  has  excellent 

Performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications. 

6. Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality .

7.  Air  expansion  shaft  releases  film,  and  perfects  the  precision  of   film  release,  and  also  makes  the  loading  and 

unloading of  film roll much more convenient.

8. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and release speed. 

9. Cutting unit and paper  receiving  unit can be easily moved away from laminating unit. This special design makes 

the machine maintenance more convenient.

10. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs he size of workable paper 

On the touch screen.

13.Corrugating system makes the paper collection more regular and convenient. 

14.  Paper  receiving  unit  is  furnished  with  not  only  vibrating receiving  table.  After  cut,  the  laminated  paper  will be sent automatically to vibrating receiving table and be put into order . If laminated paper doesn’t need to be cut, it can be winded automatically by winding roller . 

15.The machine can be optionally equipped with pneumatic delivery unit.

16.  It  is  optionally  equipped  with  winding  roller .  If  laminated  paper  doesn’t  need  to  be  cut,  it  can  be  winded automatically 

by winding roller .

Installing and Commission:

We will install and test the machine in best working condition before shipment. If customer needs our technician to install  the machine  at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including double way air ticket to the nearest airport, local transportation to your factory, Lodging&Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. 60usd/days for the technical for the technical .

Warranty period:

One year for fully machine guarantee. And in this year if the machine broken caused by mechanical problem, all of the spare part is free.
