ESD Vinyl Mats have a solid vinyl, homogeneous construction with a buried conductive layer in between which provides superior physical and electrical qualities. They are considered to be our highest quality mat and the best at maintaining an ESD Safe environment. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 10⁷ – 10⁸. Temperature resistance to 160⁰F. They are 0.093" thick.

ESD Rubber Mats are made of two layers with the top one as a static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive to bottom layer. Surface resistivity of the top layer is 10⁸ – 10⁹ and bottom layer is 10⁵ – 10⁶. This ESD Rubber material offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvent. These ESD Rubber Mats are very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. Temperature resistance to 200⁰F.

ESD Foam Mat Kits are made of PVC foam surrounded by a layer of conductive fleece to form an expanded static dissipative work surface. They are designed for use in front of computer keyboards and technicians working on static sensitive electronic components. Surface resistivity is 10⁷ – 10⁸. Temperature resistance up to 160⁰F. Meets ASTM D412, D624, D2240 and ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Kits include the mat, a wrist strap (EMWSB) and a 15' ground cord (EMCG15).
