1. Q : How do I pay for my purchase order?

    A : We can accept following payment method: T/T, L/C, Escrow, and we also can accept Paypal.

2. Q : Is there a tracking number for my item?

    A: Yes, of course. We usually ship your goods by EMS, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT with online

         track, you can view the ship status on website.

3. Q : How long can I receive my sample?

    A: It usually takes 15 business days for samples. If the size in stock, we will ship your item immediately.

4. Q : What's the MOQ?

    A: The MOQ is 100 PCS.The colors can be mixed in one container,but the quantity should not less than MOQ.

5. Q : What's the delivery time?

    A:Generally speaking,it will take about 45days to fisnish an order from MOQ to 40'HQ.But the extra time is according to your quantity.

6. Q : Can I have my own customized product?

    A : Yes of course. As long as you tell us your brand, the color you want and your prefer pattern.

7. Q : How does your factory do related quality control?

8. Q : How about the warranty?

    A : Two years warranty for our frames since frames sold. If quality problem happened,please contact us.
