A: Send us the detail like size, weight, the design, etc.Our sales team shall forward 

    you the prices with 12 hours. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call 

    us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q: Does the OEM available?
A: We can produce the products as your design.

Q: Do you inspect the finished goods?
A: Yes, our QC will inspect products in every step of production.

Q: How can I get the sample to check your quality?

A: We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, but shipping cost 

    need to paid by You .And after price confirmation, you can require for samples 

    to check our quality, but sample cost need to paid by you .And the sample cost 

    can be refundable if your bulk order quantity reach our request.

Q: What would be the payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance as a bond, the balance 70% against documents.

Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are trading company with Manufactory.

Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Small quantity of samples are free of charge, buyer shoulder the freight cost.

Q: What’s the delivery time and sample time?
A: Usually the delivery time is 7~28 working days after the order confirmed, 

    if you order in urgently, please contact with us in advance.Sample time 

    is 3-7 working days after received your payment.
