7.Gumming machine 1 set

A.This machine has 3 sets gumming devices,alone trasmission,trasmission motor 3 sets 2.2KW and can adjust speed frequently.The specific structure,up gluer roller diameter 215mm,surface grinding and net pressure in order to let the glue stock to gluer roller uniform easy .Gluer roller and up roller have the adjust device,control the glue quantity well,unifrom ,ure paper roller sets pneumatic adjusted device.

8.Gluing machine 1 set 

A.This machine consist of up and down gluer roller,pressurizing device,transmission device and rack device 

B.The machine is a equipment which glues gummed paper become a wholer,and its pressure can be adjusted depedning on the type and condition of these paper 

C.Up and down gluer roller diameter 400mm,The wall thickness of roller body 20mm,and can prevent deformation 

9.Dryer machine 1 group

This machine sets up 5m 5 group heating dryer device.Dryer roller diameter 240mm,surface chromeplate and pneumatic pressurizing 

10.Cooling device  1 group

This device ses 7m 8 group,include up and down fan cooling sizing device,rack,running roller device,pressing roller device.

11.Transport cross-cutting machine 1 set 

A.The machine consist of transporting section,slitting section,pressure device,rack section,transmission section 

   B.Transporting section feeds the glued paper to hobbing cutter machine as a uniformed speed and then transport these papers to cross-cutting machine for crosscutting  uniformity exactly .

C.The slitting section has three longitudinal blades for scraping edge and slitting .

12.Computer rotary blade cross-cutting machine 1 set

There are cutting paper section,transporting section,exporting section,electric controlsection,lubricated section and rack section in this machine 

A.The diameter of cutting paper blade is 240mm
