Work flow

1.   R&D  we support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if needed ,        (UG, solid works, ProE, Auto CAD etc.)

2.   Negotiation   the quantities , prices , materials, delivery time , payment terms , etc;

3.   Place an order   according to your own design or designed by us ;

4.   Mould  design → check/approve → approved → open mould → do sample →sample confirmed  → do mass production

5.   Sample shoot

  If the first sample come out is not satisfied with customer , we can modify mould and until meet customers’satisfactory.

6.  Production in store   

  If your quantities is beyond our storage , we will provide lead time to you .

7.  Delivery time 

      Delivery goods by sea or by air , special requirements can be acceptable and base on the customers’ demands.
