2.Processing: Remove all burrs & sharp edges, Drilling, Trimming, Cutting, CNC machining, bending, wire-drawing, etc. 

3.Surface Treatment: Mill finished, Polished, Sand blasting, Anodized, Powder coated, Chromating, Passivating, Electrophoretic coated and etc.   

4.Purpose:  led lamp heatsink. 300w replacement led high bay light heatsink 1) Material: Different kinds of stainless steel, steel, brass or aluminum etc 
2) Main equipment: CNC lathe, automatic lathe, grinder, thread rolling machine, tapping /drilling machine etc 
3) Measuring & testing equipment: Projecting profile, roughness tester, hardness tester, concentricity tester etc 
4) Surface treatment: Polishing, zinc plating, nickel plating or chrome plating, phosphatic etc

5) Quality assurance: in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 
6) Part size: Diameter from 0.5mm to 600mm 
7) Tolerance: Can be kept in +/-0.01mm
