3.Our material has to past QC before they are used into production. The birch is the main supporting frame. The birch growed in northeast frigid zone with more than 30 years, after polished and drying has feature of close texture, hard to dry and not easily deformed. This keeps sofa hard and firm.
4.Its bandage imported from Malaysia which usually used for outdoor beach chairs and folding bed. It has good anti-aging and high temperature resistance. It consists of 98 woven elastic latex rubber band. With expansion of 1:8,it can stretch more than 50000 times. Thus it is the first choice of high end sofa. It assures sofa's seating softer and bears even force. For long term use,it can keep 15 years' comfort degree.
5.Our sponge take SIFANGDA sponge which has high elastic and made by vertical foaming technology. It is integral cutting to keep its high elastic, soft comfort degree and longtime use. Its compression permanent distortion is less than 10%. No deformation after 100 thousand times of destructive test. Formaldehyde emission is less than 0.5mg/sqm. Thus it is more environmental and better ventilation. Its seat feeling with soft or hard is adjusted according to sofa’s design style.
6.Our EPE are imported from U.S. DuPont environmental baby cotton. Our cushion inner fabric is 100% cotton. It breathes easily and prevent goose piece going out.
7.The filler of high quality goose piece are after treatment of high temperature,sterilization, cleaning and infrared treatment.
8.Its fabric has big grams,each has 550g/square meters with delicate texture and good drapability. All models' cloth fabric can be washed and replaced. The cloth fabric's surface is sewed by electric speed sewing machines with evenly straight stitch. Each fabrics are seamed treated.
9.Our sofa material have more than 5000 kinds for you to choose. Texture of cotton, ramie, cotton blends, cotton and fiber blends, suede, silk and other fabrics.
10.Our hardware are specifically new modeled. It is unique. It went through 3 layers processing. Its raw material are polished before chromed. All chromed parts are environmentally electroplated, never containing oxide. Some parts are beautiful and durable wire drawing stainless steel.
11.The glue we use for sofa is imported from Italian. Its high quality water sol has no smell, no color, no formaldehyde which meets national environmental standards. Its main element is synthetic rubber resin. The largest advantage compared with other normal glue is environmental healthy.
