1. Introduction

All “PPBH-WJ” Models are servo-proportional driven machines with micro-electronics ensuring perfect control of the bending process. The position, speed and pressing force of the Ram are controlled in a closed circuit at every point in the work cycle. The position of the Ram is controlled by two digital high precision linear scales. These linear scales are mounted on a independent C-frame on both side of the machine to prevent deformation of the Press Frame for accurate bending depth or bending angle.

3. Hydraulics

Closed loop control composed of electrohydraulic servo valve and Linear Scale imported from Gemany ,

with high feedback precision, accurate and stable operation, and high repeated positioning precision of slider block.

4. Backgauge Control

Backague position and movement control by CNC controller DNC 600.

AC Servo motor with 2 Ballscrew and 2 Linear Way. Backgauge with 2 Precision

Fingers on Runner Block moving on Precision Linear Way.

FAST CLAMMING AND AMADA TYPE TOP TOOL AND DOUBLE V-DIE
