1.What's your production capacity per month?

Our production capacity per month is 500,000pcs.

2.Where shall we put our own logo?You can put your logo on crown,buckle,back case,strap,also on watch dial.

3.Can we customize our watches?

Yes,we can customize the watches per your request.

4. May I have my own design of the color, the dial, or the inner packing?

Yes, your own design of the color, the dial and the inner packing is welcomed. If your order quantity is less then 3,000pcs, a film set up charge of US$120.00 maybe occurred.

5. How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?

We will confirm every production details with you before mass production. And when the production finished, your may indicate a QC to carry out the final inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you the photos and inspection report under your request.

6. Is OEM/ODM order possible?

Yes. OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould needs to be setup, the mould charge will be on your account, which is refundable when your order quantity exceeds 50,000pcs.

7. Is it possible that I place an order less than the our MOQ?

Yes, is possible. Please send us your inquiry with your order quantity. The price of the small quantity order is higher because of the LCL charge. The more you ordered the better price you get.

8. How to get the quotation of my interesting items?

You may send us an e-mail including the item No., estimated order quantity, movement type, packing type etc.

The more information is offered, the accurate price you will get. Normally, your inquiry will be responded within 1 working day.
