Features:

1.The character of automatic chocolate coating machine is, the tilting angle of the coating pot is 30degree, under the coating pot can put an electric or gas oven, and other heating equipment.

2.There is an electric blower equiped with the machine, the air tube put into the pot can blow hot or cold air for different processing stage. The heating degree is adjustable.

3.It can be used for sugar coating of different shapes food such as diamond, square,etc. as well as chocolate coating of peanuts. 

Working principle:

The equipment is composed by rolling pot, machine frame, transmitting system, and heating system. The shape of the machine is more suitable for coating of non-circular material or high viscocity material.

The cooperation of motor and reducer will reduce the processing speed to easy operation state. The heating system is composed by direct heating and hot air heating, you can use them separately according to different requirement.
