I Introduction
Pre-stressed Concrete Pole Production Line is used for producing various kinds of concrete spun poles.

II Features
1) Welding technique, which enhance the smooth finish of the mould wall, and eliminate uneven traces of rivet holes. So the concrete poles appearance will be improved significantly.
2) The cylinder is changed to U-longitudinal stiffener, it can greatly increase the stiffness and flexural strength of the steel mould,
3) Install the slot with plastic sealing strip, in order to prevent leakage to ensure quality.
4) Saving a great deal of steel, about 30~70% (employing cold drawn steel wire can save 30%~60%; employing high stress steel wire can save 40%~69%);
5) Crack resistance increased 3~5 times;
6) Rigidity increased 1~3 times;
7) Reducing the cost (using cold drawn steel wire can reduce 25%~40%; using high stress steel wire can reduce 12%~21%);

III Work principle
1) The steel mould works with pole spinning machine. The steel mould should be placed onto the spinning machine smoothly.
2) Adding the slurry into the mould, it is driven quickly and rotated in the same speed of the machine. Each component is separated and released under the centrifugal force. Usually the higher the slurry rotate, the better the slurry separate.
3) Centrifugal sedimentation is the use of different density of each component in the slurry, which is rotated under the centrifugal force. To realize the liquid - solid (or liquid - liquid) separation.
4) The speed of separation is slow when the viscosity of slurry is high.
5) It is good for centrifugal sedimentation when the slurry density is different in each component.
