III Methods of operation

 

1. Running the rollers with hands to check whether there are exceptional sound or not. Don’t turn on if there are above questions, turn on electrical machine to check the turning whether is right or not. (it’s runing entad)

 

2. Turn on the blower to check the runing of blower whether is right,

 

3. Prepare and check above stages then it can begin to work.First of all, adjust handle7 to get a right place according to the size of materials. Then adjust 3 till turn off, put the materials into feed hopper 5, turn on the blower 4, then turn on the electrical machine of roller 1, according to effect of peeled to adjust the handle 7, adjusting plate 3 and adjusting plate 9 till get a right place, to abserve output till get a good effect.
