Insulated Glass are hermetically sealed combinations of two or more panes of glass separate by a dry airspace.The air trapped between the two pieces of glass acts as an insulaor slowing the rate at which heat and cold can pass through the unit.The more air sandwiched between the glass the better insulator effect you have

And the laminated glass is one kind of safety glass made under high temperature by interlaying PVB membrane between glasses. It can be two sheets or more than two sheets.

The insulated laminated glass is made of one piece of laminated glass and one sheet of float glass.Naturally,insulated laminated glass will be not only more safty and strong but also will be much  energy saving.

• Safety: Tenacity of PVB is fairly good. It can quickly absorb and weaken a mass of striking energy when laminated glass is attacked by outside force. Therefore, laminated glass is hard to be penetrated and can remian integrally in the frame even when it is broken. Therefore, laminated glass is the true safety glass.
• Sound Insulation: PVB can effectively prevent sound wave. Sound wave can be obviously weakened when it goes through laminated glass so that noise disturbance in offcie or living environment is reduced.

• Security: Because it is not possible to cut laminated glass by glass cutter and it is time costing and loud sound would be caused to penetrate laminated glass by other instruments, it is rather difficult to enter the house by cutting or breaking laminated glass and it is easy to be discovered. Therefore, laminated glass has strong resistance fuction to evil destruction, robbery and violence.
• Hurricane and earthquake resistance: Laminated glass's high persistent and strong cohesion enable the fragments remain in place, thus it is suitable for hurricance and earthquake zone.
