The Siemens PLC controlling system guarantees the stability of the operation of the machine. The motor head has four hydraulic guide rod to realize the lift. On the contrary, some factories in the South China use skateboard to realize the lift. The gap of screw shaft will increase because of friction when using the skateboard for a year. All these will lead to the cutting inaccuracy and the inaccuracy of the saw blade removal. However, our hydraulic lift doesn't have this problem. The straight line guide rail rather than ordinary iron guide rail has guarantee the cutting accuracy and the durability . The machine adopt Omron magnetic grating ruler rather than fuzzy encoder location. The machine can put on the ground directly and fix it, the weight of the machine is up to 7500KG, which all contribute to the stability and rigidity of the machine. 

The features and characteristics

1,The worktable can rotate 360°C which has dispensed the inconvenience of the removal of the big slab. The rotating parts adopt wire cutting machine to guarantee the accuracy of the rotation. And when the worktable rotates 45°C, it can cut diagonal. The removal of the slab is very convenient because the worktable can rotate 0-85°C.

2,The guide rail adopts importing straight line guide rail which has guaranteed the cutting accuracy. 

3,The brand of our programmable logic controller(PLC) is Siemens which has guaranteed the stability of the operation of the machine. 

4,The adoption of Omron the magnetic grating ruler can also guarantee the cutting accuracy.

5,The crossbeam adopts both hydraulic brake and motor-driven brake which has guaranteed the stability of the crossbeam and the cutting accuracy.

6,The weight of the machine is 7500KG which has decreased the deformation. Motor-head lifting adopts hydraulic lifting rather than slide lifting which has decreased the gap and increased the accuracy.

    The above configuration has improved the cutting accuracy. For instance, when cutting diagonal, the cutting error is less than 0.2mm. All these have improved the stability and durability of the machine.
