1. Taste and Flavor:

This is one of the most famous teas produced in Taiwan and Fujian, characterized by light coloured liquor and sweet flavor. This oolong reveal buttery notes and hints of pineapple. It is meant to be served all day and into the evening.

Tie Kuan Yin  is a lightly oxidized tea. When infused, it is golden yellow and has a light, mild flavor and distinctive aroma.

2. Our tea farm and factory

Our tea farm and factory are all located in Fu An City, Fujian Province, the home of oolong tea. Blessed by  the moisty air, mild climate, rich soil, plenty of rain and the natural mountain screens protecting it from the harsh cold air, our tea bush grows exuberantly. And special cloth rolling skills add a unique flavour to this tea.
