Metal Blade Fixing Machine

Food wrap, alu foil, baking paper and other food wraping sheet material are usually packed in paper box that equipped with blade for cutting the sheet material into desired length when used. Metal blades are most commonly seen on these packaging box/ cutter boxes. This machine is designed to fix metal blades onto the paper boxes. It is a simple but efficient machine. The average capacity is fixing 10,000pcs in 8 hours. With experienced workers, this figure might be higher.

There is magnetic device under the working table. When the blade is pushed close to the center f the table, it will be attracted to the deisgned position.  On the other side of the table, paper box is pushed to cover the blade.  One operator then steps the paddle and the metal bar moves down and strikes the box and blade, hence binds the blade to the box.
