Vacuum gauges used in machinery, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, electricity and other sectors, the measurement of steel, copper and copper alloy corrosion-free, non-explosive without crystallization pressure liquid, gas or vapor medium or not solidified negative pressure.

 

Vacuum gauge structural principle:

 

1. vacuum system is composed of pressure gauges, gear drive mechanism, showing the number of devices and the shell formed.
2 .vacuum gauge shell airtight structure, can effectively protect the internal parts from the environment and contamination intrusion.

3 .gauge filled damping fluid in the housing (typically silicone oil or glycerol), anti-vibration environment can reduce media pressure pulsation and influence.

 

Vacuum gauge main features:

     (1)Stable performance, high accuracy, fast response.
     (2) is an absolute vacuum gauge, precision above 0.5 can be used as a standard vacuum in ten use.
     (3) measures the total pressure, including gases and vapors.
