E. Quality inspection and control

We have 2 lines to inspect and control quality—on-line & off-line . So these can help to control quality very well.

On-line control	1. Keep weight within tolerance
	2. Check and mark stain stain larger than 0.5 cm in diameter
	3.We have advanced oven temperature control instrument from Germany. Can control the temperature accurately , so the fabric will have good handfeel .
Off-line control	1.Normal inspection: weight inspection; whiteness instrument; UV analyzer; thickness gauge.
