Product Description

Application:Our Cationic Yellow 51 is suitable for acrylic or acrylic blends dyeing and printing, expecially suitable for acrylic blends in one bath dyeing, or cationic dyeable polyester polyester or paper coloring.

Cationic Dyestuff Dyeing process

1, Pre-treatment with 0.5 g/L detergent at 50 ℃ for 15 minutes. Wash with water.

2, Dyestuff solution: Make paste with 40% acetic acid(weight 1:1 to dyestuff). Add boiling water to dilute

3, Dyeing diagram during the dyeing process on acrylic fiber.

SD Series Cationic Dyestuff Dyeing Process

1, Pre-treatment with 0.5 g/L detergent at 50 ℃ for 15 minutes. Wash with water

2, Dyestuff solution: Make paste in three portion with warm water at 60 ℃.Add water to dilute till totally dissolved. Not necessary to add acetic acid.

3, Dyeing diagram during the dyeing process on CDP(cationic dyeable polyester)fiber.
