The temperature of the profile will lower to 450 oC , when it is about 10 meters down the run-out table. At this stage, the best material for the run-out table is 100% Kevlar?. Our KR roller is produced with KEVLAR? fiber, which can resist temperatures of 500 oCA high density is the key factor for good abrasion resistance and our standard is 400 g/m2 .mm. i.e. for 10mm rollers the weight per m2 is 4000g/m2. In addition a resin treatment is available on request for better abrasion resistance and longe.
