General description:
The B8 closure provides a compact solution for the emerging Fiber-to-the-Home(FTTH)market.The eight round ports base provides an excellent platform for single or multi-fiber drops while maintaining the proven reliability of FOSC splice closures.
Fiber Optic Splice Closure FOSC 400 B8 is designed for use with any cable construction(loose buffer tube,central core tube,loose fiber,and ribbon),in any environment(aerial,pedestal,buried,handhole,and manhole),and for numerous splice applications(express,tap-off,branch,and repair).
Standard fiber capacity:Per closure can accommodate up to 4 pieces of trays.
24X 4=96 fibers
Max. Fiber Capacity:24X 6=144 fibers (add two more trays)

Heats shrink sealing |
Fix and seal the base and cover it with clamp |
Install the external fixing part, and fix the closure |
Splice fibers and store rest. Fix the splice tray and enlace them with strap |
Choose appropriate inlet port and cut it |
Take the stripped fiber into the heat shrink tube and then stripped it into the base of closure |
Fix the fiber and steel core. |
Insert the fiber with protective tube into splice tray, and fix it |
Loose the clamp and Open the closure |
Notes:1. Please align the two arrow marks(closure base and dome).
3.How to fix the splice trays
Use the plastic wedge to fix the splice trays.
