These PU foam scrape all collect directly from ours and new by its mostly used for the production of re-bond foam for furniture, mattress,bedding,pillow,insoles,sports padding,carpet padding and carpet underlay or used for the production of shredded foam for pillow fillings,cushion fillings,toy fillings.

The density is from 15-35kg/m3,has very good performance on the tensile and flexible,it’s the raw material for the bed mattresses,divans,car seats,can produce very good quality products with the lower material cost.

Packing

Scrap foam packed about 230kg/bale, 20 tons for 1*40HQ container,40HQ containers can loaded no less than 20000kgs. In compressed by bales.
