Q1: What is the Warranty for the candle light led?

 For gu10 led bulb we have 2years warranty,If any quality problem

on our candle light led occurred in the period. We will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2:  What about your color temperature?

 A2: New shine's LED Lighting offer lamps in warm,natural,pure and cool white with color temperatures measured in  Kelvin (K).The lower the color temperature is,the warmer  the light given by the LED:

 3000k+_150=Warm white 

 3000k+_200=Pure white 

 6500K+_300=Cool white 

Q3: Will your candle light led work on a dimmer switch?

 A3: We do not recommend using our candle light led on a dimmer switch, this type of switch can potentially cause damage to the candle light led.

Q4:Why does my candle light led not work properly in extreme temperature?

 A4:Any temperature below 14 F or above 122 F may cause a LED light to flicker, dim, change color,or cease to function. Once the candle light led returned to an operational environment it should began to work properly.
