       DEBAO-1250S paper bowl filling and sealing machine type intelligent paper bowl machine have follow features :Use the double turnplate ,double order to forming paper cup . It is especially suitable for making paper bowls with a height of 50-135mm.

 a.  Whole machine is box type structures design, filling oil by spray lubrication system ,that can reduce damage , cooling effective . So that the machine can run fast .

   b. Switzerland leister heating device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing , bottom   are heated at first before they are feeding , thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee

 knurling.

 C. Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available. PLC control system for the whole bowl          forming process. Servo control to send bottom paper of bowl, deliver bottom when bowl             body come, otherwise no bottom delivery.

d. The first curling use the internal expanding rotational molding, in favor of improving the paper forming intensity. Second curling use heat setting, the mouth of curling not only appear very nice, but also keep dimension stability.

  e. The only machine use cam and gear transmission, no any chain in China. Optional with detection system which auto-divide good and bad paper bowls.
