Q1:Are you a Factory or trading company?

A1:We are a factory which is located in Fenghua Town,Ningbo City.

Q2: Can I order a small trial order? what is your MOQ?

A2: As a good start, we always accept small orders, MOQ is 100pcs/style/color. To save your costs for transportation, we would like to recommend you to order at least 1x20ft container, you can mix different items in one container. That would help you to reduce the unit price.

Q3: What is your sample lead time?

A3: Our standard sample lead time is 10 days,  We may able to send you samples in 2 or 3 days for urgent samples but please always consult our sales.

Q4: What is your production lead time?

A4: The standard production lead time is 40days for first orders and 30 to 35days for repeat orders. This is based on order qty below 1500pcs, over that,  please check with our sales.

Q5: What about the payment?

A5: We accept T/T, L/C for the large quantities order, and Western union and Paypal will be accept for the samll quantities order.
