Back silicon carbide is a kind of crystal mterial, formed by the process of electric resistance furnace smelting with the raw material of quartz sand,  petroleum coke and wood chips. With high hardness and good thermal conductivity,  silicon carbide is a kind of semiconductor and can resist the oxidation at high temperature.
