Bian breathing circuit is used with anesthesia machine and ventilation as an air link to send anesthetic gases ,oxygen and other medical gases.Especially apply to the patients who has a great demand for fresh gas flow (FGF). Such as children ,one-lung ventilation (OLV) patients.

Remark:

The patient expires into the reservior tube. Fresh gases from the inner tube washes the expired gas out of the reservoir tube, filling it with fresh gases for the next expiration. The patient inspires fresh gas from the outer reservior tube.
