WANTONG-LOVOL generator set, selects 1000 series water cooled LOVOL engine from TIAJIN LOVOL ENGINES CO.,LTD in China.(We have cooprated with LOVOL as OEM partner in a long time). It also include alternator, base frame, connecting flange, fuel tank, and control system,etc..

 

1.LOVOL engine base on absorbing and digesting the update technology of UK Perkins

exhaust emission comes up to EURO 3 or  EURO 5 standard

Detail feature:

1) High Density of Power: Higher power output than other competitive engines at close displacement

2) Low Fuel Consumption: Adopted European patent Quadram combustion chamber which can reduce fuel consumption, emission and noise, meanwhile raise engine power.

3) Good Cold Start Performance: Started normally at -10°C without preheater, started smoothly at -25°C through flame preheating cold start device, meanwhile -40°C start solution is available.

4) Higher fuel economy: Optimized the combustion system and fuel supply system ensure the accuracy of the fuel amount of every cylinder, increase the fuel utilization.

5) Structure: The whole structure is impact and simple which is characterized by small cubage, light weight, small vibration, low noise, good durability. It has Stability & Reliability of engine performance, and get good market feedback.

 

2.Alternator

Engine can be coupled with WT series A.C.synchronous brushless alternator( new-style designed by ourselves,with update international technology). It can also be matched with STAMFORD,LEORY SOMER, MARATHON alternator according to customers’ demand.

Gensets can be open type or soundproof (silent) type.

Controller system

1.Standard control panel, including voltmeter, fequency meter, ampere meter,water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, AMF control module,oil level indicator, emergency button,preheating button, battery voltage gauge, hours running counter for protection and tranfering.

2.It can be with ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker,  LCD or LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch,etc.. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) uses update technology, which can be automatic control for on-off electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation,etc…
